95 Miguel Bombarda is a brand new high-end residential building in the center of Lisbon. It explores in its architecture the rationality of spaces, and the unity and consistency on details.

The building, designed in a contemporary style, consists of 16 apartments with typologies from T2 to T5, with areas between 120 and 300 m2, all equipped with storage rooms and garage space(s). Situated between two broad avenues lined with jacaranda trees and in front of a garden, the building presents an exclusive environment in the context of Avenidas Novas. 

Located in the center of Avenidas Novas, neighboring a highly active area of the financial market, in a flat area of ​​the city, which is full of bike paths and is minutes away from the gardens of the Gulbenkian, El Corte Ingles, cinemas, countless grocery stores and the flavors of Versailles. 

This campaign, for both print and web, was focused on a clear and precise image that embodied the building’s aesthetic and way of living.
