In December, the Portuguese magazine Kéramica writes a 2-page article about Edifício Náutico. The magazine is one of the main national references in the field of ceramics. The article highlights the façade of 29104 maritime blue ceramic tiles that we created especially for Edifício Náutico in reference to the Portuguese sea.

Edifício Náutico (Marine-style House) in Cascais, Portugal, became the winner in the Best Implemented Façade or Interior Project Using Ceramics nomination in the Golden Trezzini Awards 2021. This project was also awarded the special Ceramic Trezzini prize, as it embraced 29,104 ceramic pieces distributed in 856 panel blinds (fixed and pivot) with 4 mt high each. In 2021, the Arrangements Committee received 1,031 applications from nominees based in 97 countries. The list of the Golden Trezzini 2021 winners embraced projects from 14 countries, namely Brazil, China, El Salvador, India, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, and UK. Edificio Nautico was considered one (1) of the five (5) best multi-housing project in the International Loop Design Awards 2021. More than 650 entries were submitted, from over 50 countries. The Honorable Mention and winners were carefully selected by a prestigious and diverse jury panel, composed by Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, Product Designers, Professors, Editors and Photographers.

Edifício Náutico was the big winner in the category of best residential project in the Magazine Imobiliário awards on the night of September 16, 2021. 8 residential projects were competing in this category. The Gala took place at Vila Galé Sintra Resort Hotel Conference & Spa and received, in a festive atmosphere with 184 distinguished guests, including finalists, individuals, companies and sector associations.
